Bug Report Format

For all people, before posting bugs, you must know the following format for a Bug Report, this makes it much easier for myself, or other mods to quickly scan the page and figure out the problem.
*Please write the title as the name of the bug*
1. Description of bug. (Please type clearly and spell properly and be as descriptive of the bug as you can)
2. Picture/Video of bug. (If necessary, do not post a picture if it is a D/C bug)
3. When it happened. (Time/Date)
4. If you lost any items due to this bug. (We will know if you are lying, because we will test it with the item you said you lost first)

Please follow this format when reporting a bug.
