New banner for CMS

Hey guys, I just made this banner for the Snow skin for the CMS! Do the poll, be honest and give me input!

All you did was fill the background with blue add scan lines place a render and do some brushing. Also, don't ever brush on the render or make the render Overlay.

Actually the background is full of different gradients at different opacities, and I did not brush the render.. I just lowered opacity. And the lines are a pattern.. not scan lines.

Scan lines are a pattern. Also, don't lower the opacity on the render.
